As a Test Manager you need to have strong communication and management skills as you will be facing and communicating with many other project members which include: the testers, Project Manager, system analysts, customer and product owner.
You will be responsible for the testing discipline in the project and your key focus will be to ensure the quality of the product being developed. This will be achieved by planning and managing all the test activities starting from the pre-study and finishing at the product delivery.

You need to be ready to advocate for the testing and quality.
